Welcome to Our Wellness Clinic
At our Wellness Clinic, we strive to provide accessible, compassionate care for both you and your beloved animals.
Our appointments are designed for minor illness and injury issues. Please review our services and clinic policies below before booking.
What We Treat (Wellness Appointments)
Wellness appointments are 15 minutes in length. We can address a variety of minor health concerns, including but not limited to:
Routine Care: New puppy, kitten, adult cat and dog visits, deworming, and ear mite treatments.
Minor Illnesses: Upper Respiratory Infections (URI), ear infections, minor GI issues, and minor eye issues.
Minor Injuries & Skin Conditions: Foxtails in ears, minor wounds/abscesses, minor skin conditions, and toenail trims.
Vaccines & Microchips: All routine vaccinations and microchips can be administered during your wellness appointment, provided your animal is deemed healthy enough by our veterinary team.
End-of-Life Care: Humane euthanasia services (for medical reasons only).
Services We Cannot Provide
Because we are a wellness clinic, we are not equipped for in-depth diagnostics (such as X-rays, ultrasounds, and most bloodwork).
We cannot treat the following conditions:
- Chronic or long-term conditions: Ongoing or severe skin, ear, and allergy conditions that require continuous management.
- Metabolic diseases: Long-term conditions requiring ongoing bloodwork or regulation, such as diabetes or thyroid disease.
- Urinary conditions: Urinary tract infections (UTIs), straining to urinate, or blocked bladders.
- Highly contagious diseases: Parvo or Kennel Cough.
- Major trauma & orthopedic issues: Broken bones, severe wounds, or abscesses requiring surgery.
If our veterinarian determines your animal requires a higher level of care or diagnostics than we can offer, you will be referred to a full-service veterinary hospital for further assessment. When in doubt, please call us before making your appointment!
Clinic Policies & Arrival Info
Leash & Carrier Policy: For everyone’s safety, all dogs must be on a secure leash, and all cats must arrive in a secure carrier.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in so we can maximize your 15-minute appointment window.
Deposit Policy: A $35 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied directly to your exam fee on the day of your visit. Please note: If you do not show up for your appointment, or arrive too late to be seen, this deposit is forfeited and will be processed as a donation to our clinic.
Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for reasons regarding both animal and human behavior. If an animal displays behavior that is unsafe for themselves, you, or our staff, we will refer you to a full-service clinic where a sedated exam can be safely performed.
