Welcome to Our Vaccine & Microchip Clinic

At our Vaccine & Microchip Clinic, we strive to provide accessible, compassionate preventative care for your beloved animals. These fast-track appointments are strictly for healthy pets receiving routine vaccinations and microchips. Please review our services and clinic policies below before booking.

What We Provide (Vaccine & Microchip Appointments)

Vaccine clinic appointments are 5 minutes in length. This clinic is designed exclusively for preventative care. We offer:

Routine Vaccinations: Essential core and lifestyle vaccines to keep your puppies, kittens, dogs, and cats protected.

Microchipping: Permanent identification microchips to help reunite you with your pet if they ever get lost.

Please Note: All routine vaccinations and microchips will only be administered provided your animal is deemed healthy enough by our veterinary team.

Services We Cannot Provide

Because this is a dedicated preventative care clinic, we cannot address illnesses, injuries, or medical concerns during these appointments. We cannot treat or diagnose any conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Minor illnesses (such as ear infections, eye issues, or coughing/sneezing)
  • Minor injuries, skin conditions, or toenail trims
  • Routine wellness checks for sick animals
  • End-of-life care (Humane euthanasia)

If your animal is currently sick, injured, or requires a physical exam for a health issue, please book a Wellness Appointment instead. If our team determines your animal is too ill for vaccines, you will be referred to our Wellness Clinic or a full-service veterinary hospital.

Clinic Policies & Arrival Info

Leash & Carrier Policy: For everyone’s safety, all dogs must be on a secure leash, and all cats must arrive in a secure carrier.

Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes early to check in so we can maximize your 15-minute appointment window.

Deposit Policy: A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied directly to your exam fee on the day of your visit. Please note: If you do not show up for your appointment, or arrive too late to be seen, this deposit is forfeited and will be processed as a donation to our clinic.

Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for reasons regarding both animal and human behavior. If an animal displays behavior that is unsafe for themselves, you, or our staff, we will refer you to a full-service clinic where a sedated exam can be safely performed.
